Oh Rapunzel, Rapunzel … let down your hair!
A 38-year-old Ukrainian woman hasn’t cut her 65-inch long hair since she was 12.
Alla Perkova is a hair model whose brunette mane reaches down to her feet. “The scissors have not touched my hair in almost thirty years,” she revealed to Caters.
Perkova said she’s able to twist, pull and style her long locks into about 50 different hairstyles into “various variations of braids, tails and bundles.”
She also doesn’t use special styling products on her hair and insists that her hair length is a result of good genetics she got from her mom, Maria Perkova.
“My mother is an example of beauty and femininity. She still has healthy long hair at 79. My hair is shiny and healthy because I have good genetics and excellent health. I thank her for teaching me the right care,” the model continued.

“I don’t follow a specific diet to help with my hair growth. I try to be calm. I do not dye my hair with any dye or special products and procedures. I comb them gently and slowly,” Perkova said.
She explained that she washes her hair every two days for 10 minutes and uses a dryer for half-hour. Perkova uses regular shampoo and avoids hair masks or balms.

The hair goddess added, “For the last five years my hair length has remained the same, only the quality of the ends has improved.”
Perkova also revealed that her light brown hair becomes blonde when she stays out in the sun during the summer.

“People are always shocked when they see my hair. They say that I am unique as a princess from fairy tales,” Perkova joked.

Her husband Eduard Usatiuk loves her long curls and likes to help her with brushing and combing it daily, saying, “When we first met, Eduard did not pay attention to the length of my hair, because I had a hairstyle with curls up to the shoulders.”
“And he asked about the length of my hair only at our third meeting. But Eduard didn’t expect that my hair is floor-length. He takes pride in my hair and sometimes helps me comb them,” she gushed.
